The hotel's location in Southern Luzon is awesome, making it convenient to access the virgin beach and enjoy the parasols. The rooms, despite lacking AC for a relatively high nightly charge of 13K, were clean and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. However, there was an unpleasant situation of dog poop being covered with sand instead of being cleaned by the owners.
